We are proud to have been one of the selected suppliers for the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge Project. As well as ship repair and modification activities carried out on the barges and construction vessels for the project, we completed over 3000 tons of steelwork for bridge itself. Fabrication works were completed in accordance with EN 1090-2 Execution Class 3, and included overpass platforms, catwalk towers, and a large range of steel support structures for the transport and storage of the steel decks that make up the bridge. We also produced lifting frames with a capacity of 500 - 520 tons that were used when positioning the decks, and the de-tensioning and hanger systems that suspend and fix them in-place.
